Supercharging the DIB: Threats and Opportunities for the DOW Battery Supply Chains
Ms. Becca Smith from the Office of the Secretary of War’s Industrial Base Policy office and Dr. Fabian Villalobos from RAND will walk discuss why batteries are essential to powering our advanced military, the threat of PRC non-competitive policies including export controls, and how DoW is executing new authorities from Congress to solve supply chain threats.
