 Stalking Fundamentals Indicators of stalking are present in many cases involving acts of targeted violence, intimate partner violence, and threatening communication. This presentation will discuss victimology, common psychological traits among stalkers, and indicators of violence escalation. We will also go over federal stalking statutes, prosecution strategies, and threat management.
